These Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any other policy or document referred to within these Terms, set out the basis on which BettingBeast ("we", "us", "our") makes its online betting platform services ("Services") available to you ("you", "your"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services.

By creating an Account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

No. HE 456746), a company registered at 22, Stassikratous Street, Office 302, 1065 Nicosia, Cyprus, licensed and regulated by the Gaming Control Board of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros, under Licence No. ALSI-202503041-FI2, issued under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005.

2.2. In order to provide the Services, we work with third-party partners including betting exchange providers and payment processors. We may share your details with these partners as necessary to deliver the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

3.1. BettingBeast is an online betting platform that provides you with access to a wide range of bookmakers and betting markets through a single account.

3.2. We facilitate the placement of bets with third-party bookmakers on your behalf. Your bets are placed with and settled by the bookmakers, not by BettingBeast directly.

3.3. We receive cryptocurrency deposits from you and make those funds available for betting purposes with the bookmakers. We maintain a record of all betting and funding transactions and settle with the bookmakers on your behalf.

3.4. We may also provide access to the Services through authorised agents who manage customer accounts and may provide credit facilities.

• Account — the unique account created upon registration which grants you access to the Services via bettingbeast.com.
• Bets — all betting transactions placed by you through the Platform with bookmakers.
• Bookmakers — the third-party bookmakers and betting exchanges through which we facilitate the placement of your bets.
• Credit — funds made available to you by an authorised agent for betting purposes, subject to the terms of the credit arrangement between you and the agent.
• Platform — the BettingBeast website, applications, and all associated systems used to provide the Services.
• Website — bettingbeast.com and any associated domains.

5.1. By creating an Account you confirm and agree that:

5.2. You may only hold one Account with BettingBeast. If we discover that you hold multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close any or all of your accounts and void any pending bets.

5.3. Your Account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person.

5.4. If we reasonably believe that an underage person is using your Account, the Account will be suspended immediately and all winnings forfeited.

5.5. We reserve the right to refuse or close any Account at our sole discretion.

Deposits

6.1. All deposits must be made in cryptocurrency via the methods available on the Platform.

6.2. Deposits are credited to your Account once the required number of blockchain confirmations have been received.

6.3. We do not accept deposits from third parties. Funds must originate from a wallet or source that belongs to you.

6.4. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed on the Platform.

6.5. We reserve the right to refuse or return any deposit at our discretion.

Withdrawals

6.6. Withdrawals may be requested at any time, subject to verification requirements and the terms of any active bonuses or promotions.

6.7. We aim to process withdrawals promptly, but processing times may vary depending on blockchain network conditions and internal review procedures.

6.8. We may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in delayed or refused withdrawals.

6.9. Withdrawals will be made to a cryptocurrency wallet address provided by you. It is your responsibility to ensure the wallet address is correct. We are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address.

6.11. We reserve the right to deduct any amounts owed to us before processing a withdrawal.

Credit Facilities

6.12. Where you access the Services through an authorised agent, the agent may extend credit to you for betting purposes.

6.17. We reserve the right to set off any amounts you owe us against your Account balance.

7.1. All bets placed through the Platform are subject to the rules of the relevant bookmaker with whom the bet is placed.

7.2. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details of any bet are correct before confirming the bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the bookmaker's rules permit it.

7.3. We act as an intermediary in placing your bets with bookmakers. The outcome and settlement of your bets are determined by the bookmakers in accordance with their rules.

7.4. We display odds and market information provided by bookmakers on the Platform. While we endeavour to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that displayed odds or information are error-free.

7.5. Maximum bet limits may be applied by bookmakers and may vary depending on the market, event, and your betting history.

7.6. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion or at the direction of a bookmaker.

7.7. Bets are settled in accordance with the bookmaker's rules. Settlement times may vary.

7.8. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome or settlement of a bet, the bookmaker's decision shall be final, subject to applicable regulations.

7.9. We are not liable for any loss arising from the cancellation, voiding, or amendment of a bet by a bookmaker.

8.1. If an error occurs in the display of odds, markets, or other information on the Platform, we reserve the right to void or amend any affected bets.

8.2. Errors include, but are not limited to, obvious pricing errors, incorrect market listings, and technical malfunctions.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be posted on the Platform with an updated "Last updated" date. Where amendments are material, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Services after notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

23.1. You may not assign, transfer, or sub-license any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

23.2. We may assign, transfer, or sub-license our rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party without your consent, provided that such transfer does not materially diminish the protections afforded to you under these Terms.

24.1. No failure or delay by us in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right or remedy.

24.2. A waiver of any right or remedy on one occasion shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or remedy on any subsequent occasion.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by any court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be deemed deleted. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

26.1. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and BettingBeast in relation to your use of the Services.

26.2. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or arrangements between you and BettingBeast, whether written or oral.

27.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros.

27.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent authorities of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros.
